Welcome to Dover Channel Training
What does 2026 look like?
As shared last year, we are no longer offering regular weekend training, it’s time for Mandi & I to focus on our own wellbeing and our own training. However, we will be offering:
Our Annual Conference on 31st January and 7th Feb (follow-up webinar)
Limited one-to-one training plan support
Further offerings around our annual intensity week and occasional training weekends will be decided in due course.
Watch out for information in the coming weeks.
If you’re looking for supporting in creating your training plan, we are almost at capacity, but may be able to take on a few more clients. If you’re interested, please use the button below to get in touch.
End of 2024 season update:
We have now completed our last season in it’s current form. Over the winter season we will determine what, if any, training support will be provided in future seasons.

For now I’ll leave the website as it is. You’ll find all sorts of content here from blogs, advice and even a shop.

2024 UPDATE:
Emma France, who is the company director of Paddlefish Panda Ltd, through which Dover Channel Training operates, has decided that 2024 is her last year of operating training on the beach. She will still be involved in the sport and with swimming coaching & training plan support through the parent company. If you are interested in taking over the operations of Dover Channel Training, working within what the brand means to us, please get in touch with Emma to learn more about what is involved or to discuss options.
“You’re standing on a beach near Dover, it’s pitch black, you look out into the distance and notice the moon sparkling off the water, the lights of passing boats in the distance. You raise your arm and hear the horn from the boat as you step purposefully into the water, excited to take the first stroke to finish the adventure of a lifetime”
