Private swim medical with Dr Mig Arbide. The price is £80, plus an additional £40 if an ECG is required, payable on completion of the medical by cash or bank transfer.

Please come with the swimmer section of your medical form completed. Please also bring your urine sample in a dishwasher-clean container, as well as any home blood pressure readings.
